A biography should include the person's name, birth, history, family, and accomplishments. An autobiography is different because the author shares their personal expierences. A biography usually is written after someone else.

Thurgood Marshall was a Associate Justice and the first African American to do so. He is known for arguing as the lawyer of the Brown vs. Board case and also winning that case. By winning this case, there was no race barrier in the schools.

Ralph J. Bunche was the first colored man to win the Nobel Peace Prize in 1950. He helped with the formation of the United States. In 1963 he received the Metal of Freedom from the president. Also in 1951 he was awarded the Silver Buffalo Award by the National Boy Scouts of America for his scouting and positive influence on the world.

Mae Jemison was the first African American women to go to space. Her dream was to become a scientist even though at the time, it seemed unlikely. She was inspired by Martin Luther King to live her dream. Majoring in engineering was very hard since race was a big issue in the United States. She was inspired by the stars of Star Trek to become an astronaunt and she eventually did.

Superbowl or Stupid bowl

The best part of the Superbowl was being with all my family and having a party. I didnt really care to watch the game, i get bored watching the same teams play in the Superbowl..

My Stock.

I chose the "McDonalds Corporation". The ticker is MCD. I chose this stock because i like to eat there and they make alot of money. The money is increasing at the moment as well. My hunger is what attracted me to them and they are a worldwide company.

Michael Vick

I was really surprised with michael vick's story. I never seen how much his crime affected his family and so much else. It was a lot different for him since he had all the fame and money but that really hurt his family when it came to paying bills since he lost is endorsements His punishment seemed fair though, he did deserve jail time for dogfighting.

Three on it

Three things i am knowledgeable are basketball, skateboarding, and bus routes. I am knowledgeable about basketball because i have been playing ever since i was a kid. Basketball has always been my favorite sport and im glad i have this experience so i can still exercise other then working out. Skateboarding is a new hobby i developed last year, im glad i have this knowledge so i can be get around without a car. Third of all, bus routes are importnant so i can get anywhere in the city anytime i want.

Cruelty to animals

I have never seen or had any experiences with animal cruelty but i think its wrong and i think dog fighting is the same thing. If your going to mistreat dogs, i dont see whats the point of having them at all because they are fun and there are other people willing to treat them right.

Weekend check

I went to the bay over the weekend with some friends and that was a fun time. On sunday i wasnt feeling that good so i just stayed home but i had family over and i had some good carne asada so i guess it was a good weekend.

A routine i keep

A routine i keep is that before i go to sleep i usually bench press and work out for 20 minutes before i go to sleep unless I'm too tired or Ive worked out consecutive days. I enjoy this because it always feels good improving myself physically but sometimes i dont enjoy it because im tired and i dont want to feel sore.

A hand-me-down story

the closest thing i have to a "hand-me-down story" is this story my dad told me before about when he was younger.. my dad told me when he was younger he went to work one day and was working in the office but when he came out there was someone else in his truck stealing his lunch, money, and other stuff but my dad ended up punching him a few times and called the police. he was in the news paper the next day which made me feel proud.

Guess what?

Not really excited to be here, i sit quietly while observing the others and how they act. Talk to just a few people who i even feel comfortable talking to, i do whats needed to be done in order to leave but time moves pretty slow here. Cant wait till i get to eat later.

My legacy

A legacy i would like to leave with is someone who can overcome anything i put my mind to, no madder how far back i started. I would like to be remembered as someone who once had a lot of troubles but still found a way to be somewhat sucessful. The legacy i would like to leave behind is being a trouble maker or a negative influence..

Refelection on my weekend..

This weekend wasnt really anything special.. just preparing to get back into school since i havent been for the last two months. My dad finally turned my phone back on so that was probably the best part of the weekend but i also got to kick it with friends sunday for the final time til i start school.
